Bulgur with minced meat
Quick and easy, if you like bulgur.
- Peel an onion, cut it into cubes and fry in oil until glassy. add minced meat, add a little salt and pepper and fry.
- Peel the vegetables, cut the peppers and tomatoes into larger cubes, and the carrots into rings. Wash the bulgur well.
- Add the bulgur and vegetables to the meat dish, cover with the beef stock (if you don't have the beef cube), then cook on a low heat for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, stir in the tomato puree. Try the dish and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
