Preparation steps

  • Add the bulgur and vegetables to the meat dish, cover with the beef stock (if you don't have the beef cube), then cook on a low heat for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, stir in the tomato puree. Try the dish and add more salt and pepper if necessary.

Serving
