Bulgur with tomatoes

For all those to whom bulgur is still unknown, it is partially cooked, dried and coarsely ground wheat. This low-calorie dish with the addition of tomatoes is a friend when we can't cook for a long time, but also an ally of a healthy lifestyle.

Preparation steps

  • Pour hot water over the washed bulgur, add a little salt and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Fry the chopped onion in a pan on heated butter, then add the peeled tomatoes to which you have removed the seeds and cut them into cubes.
  • Saute for about 10 minutes, add Vegeta, Passat and then cooked bulgur.

Serving

Stir everything lightly and serve warm as a stand-alone dish with lettuce or as a side dish to meat.
