Bulgur with sesame
Much more prevalent in a vegetarian diet, bulgur is an integral part of this recipe. And sesame rich in magnesium and hazelnuts loaded with vitamins will not only make you feel better but make you look that way.
- Fry the sliced carrots in olive oil briefly, then add the sliced spring onions. Stir everything briefly, then add the washed and drained bulgur.
- Stir and pour in warm water. Add Vegeta, pepper and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Finally, stir in the sesame seeds, roasted and coarsely chopped hazelnuts, parsley and soy sauce.
Serve the bulgur prepared in this way with grated sheep cheese.
Cover the dish before serving and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
