Bulgur salad with sumac
I just love it
- Boil the bulgur in salted water (it goes relatively quickly, be careful not to overcook it or it is easier to pour over boiled, salted water and cover and wait for about 10 minutes until it swells.) And drain well. Wash all ingredients and chop to desired size. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients except the rocket (rocket quickly wilted topped). Squeeze the lemon and mix with oil, sumac, crushed garlic, season well with salt and pepper, pour everything over the salad, cover and leave to stand for at least 2 hours, try if it is spicy enough. Stir in the arugula before serving.
