Bulgur pilaf with chickpeas
With canned chickpeas, you can make this dish at any time, and it will replace a warm appetizer as well as a main course. Treat your body to something really useful and healthy!
- Soak the chickpeas the day before, then cook and drain.
- Fry the sliced onion in the heated butter, add the bulgur and simmer, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.
