Preparation steps

  • It's like this: I put the drumsticks in a larger bowl, pour water to soak them, add salt, diced carrot, allspice and cook for about half an hour. I season them with allspice for a nicer color. Now let it bake for about half an hour. If it is too dry, add another glass of hot water to which a small spoonful of has been added.
