Strawberry parfait cake
here is a simple and very tasty recipe .....
Preparation steps
- Bake the biscuit and when it cools, cut it into two parts, or if you prefer, leave only one.
- Mix the strawberries with a stick mixer or in a multipractice and add powdered sugar to taste, add the prepared melted gelatin.
- Mix the whipped cream spoon by spoon into the strawberries.
- Return one part of the biscuit to the mold, pour in the cream and cover with another biscuit.
- Leave in the freezer for an hour, take out and decorate the cake with whipped cream as desired.
