Chocolate parfait cake with hazelnuts

Preparation steps

  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  • Whisk the egg yolks, sugar and butter.
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder and ground hazelnuts.
  • Finally, lightly stir in the egg whites and pour the mixture into a cake tin (Ø 24 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
