Moussaka with tuna
When the moussaka with meat "gets bored", here is an idea for a light, summer and very affordable dish ...
Preparation steps
- Peel a squash, grate it and slice it. Turn the oven to 200 degrees to preheat.
- Oil the pan (I make it in a fireproof dish), arrange the potatoes, add salt, arrange the zucchini on it, add salt again and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the onion into small cubes, mix it with the tuna (pour the canned oil freely), add the garlic (finely chopped or mashed) inside. Set aside for the tuna to absorb a little of the onion flavor.
- While it is standing, you just have to beat 2 eggs, add cream inside and mix it well. Add the egg and cream mixture to the tuna and onion mixture.
- Remove the pan / bowl from the oven (if you do not suffer from the moussaka being completely layered, you can stir in the potatoes and zucchini) and pour over the mixture of tuna, onions and eggs, return to the oven for another 20min.
- 5min before the end, add the cheese (grated or sliced) on top and let it melt and bake a little.
Serving
Serve with arugula salad ... Enjoy! :)
