From the world rich in fish specialties, this time we brought breaded carp. The fast pace of life, acceptable 50 minutes of preparation and simplicity are the elements that will make us happy to include this Czech specialty on the menu.
- Drizzle the carp steaks with lemon juice and sprinkle with Natur for fish. Roll the steaks in flour, beaten eggs, and then in bread crumbs.
- Fry the prepared carp steaks in heated oil for about 5 minutes, until they get a golden yellow color.
- Boil quartered potatoes in salted water, drain and add oil.
- Sprinkle breaded carp and potato steaks with chopped parsley, chives, dill and celery.
Serve the breaded carp with potatoes warm with a salad of your choice.
Lightly roll the carp steaks in bread crumbs and fry in hot deep oil.
