Chicken à la Kiev
Another way to make an ordinary everyday chicken, by wrapping only a little butter with spices in it, even without much effort and skill, is to make it an interesting, tasty and new, internationally accepted dish.
- Whisk the butter, add the chopped parsley and chives, season with pepper and Vegeta. Mix well and shape the butter thus prepared into a thin roll. Wrap in foil and place in the refrigerator to harden.
- Lightly beat the filleted chicken breast (4 steaks), add a little salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Cut the cooled butter into four pieces. Place one on each steak and fold the steaks into a roll shape.
- Roll them in flour, beaten eggs and crumbs and fry in hot oil for ten minutes.
Serve breaded chicken with rice-bizi or fried potatoes as a side dish.
Butter prepared in this way can be used as an addition to various baked steaks.
