Trout with mushrooms
Mushroom lovers will come into their own. If I can't resist trout, it will be a real home feast. Following our tips, with a "little secret" mushroom side dish will be even more aromatic, and trout with mushrooms irresistible.
- Drizzle the cleaned trout with lemon juice, then rub with Natur for fish.
- Fry the trout on each side in olive oil for about 5 minutes, then place them in a warm place.
- Fry sliced celery stalks and mushrooms in the same fat and sauté them for about 10 minutes, add a little salt, cover with wine and sauté briefly.
Serve warm trout with prepared mushrooms and celery and boiled potatoes.
The mushroom and celery side dish will be more aromatic if you add 1 tablespoon of dried mushrooms that you have previously soaked.
