Ivan's cake
A neighbor asked me to make a light cake for the baptism of little Ivan. And so čila I decided on a light, fruity, refreshing… I got the recipe a long time ago from another neighbor, Slavonka, I finished it a bit to our taste… Surely you all already have one my fruit yogurt cake, I’ve seen some recipes on the go, but check out this one too… I’ve done it countless times, the kids are thrilled, and I hope you will be too….
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough, divide it into two parts and bake it in a round cake tin (with a stretchable rim).
- Place one crust (baked) on the bottom of the mold, pour half of the cream, place the chopped pineapple on it, pour the other half of the cream over it and cover with the other crust. Press lightly and put in the fridge to harden well (preferably left overnight).
- For the cream: dissolve the gelatin in cold water, heat it slightly and add liquid yoghurt to it. Mix well to combine everything.
- Separately mix the whipped cream with cold milk, add the solid yoghurt, sour cream, sugar column and melted gelatin with the yoghurt. Stir to combine everything well. Pour the cream as I have already described.
- The next day, take the cake out of the mold and decorate as desired.
Serving
Instead of gelatin in flakes, you can use 20 g of powdered gelatin.
