- we wash the balloon and inflate it. Let’s put the part where we tied it in the glass. Melt the dark and white chocolate and patter the balloon to make a basket. When we are done, put it in the fridge and when it has cooled well, turn the balloon upside down and puncture the balloon, then gently remove it from the basket.
