Heat a frying pan with a little butter (because chicken and butter love each other) and fry the chicken fillets for 6-15 minutes. depending on the thickness of the fillet.Reduce the heat and add the cheese spread as desired and let it melt gently for some 1-2 min. add milk and parsley .When it boils a little, add grated lemon zest, salt as needed, steam profusely.
With rice and salad.
