The recipe is the work of chef Alma Čatlak. But I remade it a bit and in ten minutes drank a perfect, warm drink with the taste of carob, the smell of cinnamon ... or to simply add that I wanted to use a few dkg of carob left in the package after preparing the cake ...
- Put sugar, carob, water, a little cocoa and cinnamon in the pot and let it boil. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the milk and stir until the milk boils. Remove from the heat and pour into cups through a sieve. whipped cream goes, so it is still mixed with a spoon and so larger pieces of ground carob are drunk. Separately whip the whipped cream with milk and add to the cups if desired.
You can sprinkle whipped cream with grated chocolate, enjoy!
