Burek with meat
I searched for a suitable burek recipe for a long time and finally found it. I am very satisfied, of course everyone has their own taste and recipe, and for me it is this one. :)
- Stir in flour, salt, oil, lukewarm water and egg (optional). Make a smooth dough that does not stick and coat with butter. Leave to stand in the heat until the filling is ready. It is divided into three parts.
- Cut the onion and add it to the meat, add the other spices and finally 1/2 dl of water.
- Roll out the dough that has been left for at least 10 minutes to the size of a baking tray, grease it with butter or oil and leave it to stand for another 10 minutes or so. Divide each dough into three parts, roll out as much as possible and put the filling on one side of the dough, sprinkle with butter or oil, roll up with a tablecloth and fold in the shape of a snail and place in a baking tray. Bake for 45 minutes at 220 ° C. Pour the hot boiled topping over the baked pie and leave it in the oven off for a few minutes.
