Baked macaroni bolognese
Serve the already famous macaroni bolognese with your favorite salad and enjoy the taste of a juicy sauce with pieces of the finest beef and vegetables, spiced with the right combination of spices in the Bologna style.
- Dip the contents of the bag into 550 ml of warm water, add the trade winds and bring to the boil with gentle stirring. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour into an oiled pan, stir in the parsley, sprinkle with grated cheese, arrange the cherry tomatoes and place in the oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes to melt and bake the cheese.

If you want lighter bolognese, you can replace the semi-hard cheese with mozzarella and sprinkle with basil leaves when it is baked.
