Bunny-shaped biscuits ideal for the upcoming holiday ... interesting and delicious ... made of crispy dough with chocolate eggs hidden inside.
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, egg, egg yolk and vanilla sugar, then gradually add flour mixed with baking powder. Wrap the kneaded dough in cling film and leave in the fridge to cool for 20-30 minutes.
- Thin the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-4 mm and make circles with a round mold. Put one chocolate egg on each circle of dough, carefully wrap it with dough, making the shape of an egg.
- Then use a toothpick to make two small indentations for the ears and two dots for the eyes. Finally, use kitchen scissors to cut the dough at the indentation by making ears (see picture).
- Arrange the bunnies in a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on a baking sheet. 190 * C about 15-18 minutes.
