Buncek with wine

It has nothing to do with a pig, Slavonians would tell me !!! Recipe from Jutarnji list. Extremely tasty and juicy… If you prepare ham like this, you won't go wrong ... and the holidays are coming…

Preparation steps

  • Finely chop the onion. Arrange on the bottom of the oiled sheet with a lid. Season the washed meat with salt and pepper and spread with mustard mixed with the remaining oil.
  • Rubbed meat, put on onion and pour wine. Cover the sheet with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. in an oven preheated to 200 C. Then add the pizza spices and bake for another 1 hour, and longer if necessary if the meat is heavier. Drizzle often with broth and then with your own juice.

Serving

The juice that is created during baking I finally squeeze through a strainer and pour the boiled potatoes that I serve with buncek.
