Bun / flatbread for kebabs
My preparation of a bun in my own home, although a bun is very difficult to prepare without a bakery oven. Attached link for preparation with video!
- - melt the yeast with a little water - assemble and mix the flour and mix the dough with the melted yeast and water - the finished dough should be soft - leave the dough to rise at room temperature for about 30 minutes. - then knead the dough with a little flour - divide the dough in 4 equal parts, - then knead each noodle with a lot of flour - use baking paper for the base on the baking tray - cover everything with a cloth and leave it to stand for about 10 minutes - press the fingers and palm to form buns do not stick to the dough- make cross-prints on the buns- leave the unbaked buns to stand for the next ten minutes- bake in a preheated oven at the highest temperature with the fan on 12-15 min.- cover the finished buns with a cloth and let them soften- serve when they soften with ćevaćpčići or other - find the recipe for the ćevapčići shown at the link
