Bulgur with chicken, zucchini and saffron

Preparation steps

  • Cook bulgur in salted water, 15-20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, clean and slice the zucchini, chop the onion and cut the chicken into cubes.
  • Saute everything together and salt to taste. When the zucchini and meat are cooked, add the curry, finely chopped parsley leaf and saffron.
  • Add the cooked and well-drained bulgur, season with freshly squeezed lemon juice, cook briefly all together to combine the flavors. Serve with fresh mint leaves.

Serving

Serve hot or cold.
