- Soak bulgur for half an hour in warm water. If desired, after this time, cook (I do not cook) to make it soft, remove excess water (let it drip well) and put the bulgur in a suitable bowl, then add sugar, stir and leave to cool.
- Add walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts, spices, rum as desired and raisins and mix and serve with firmly beaten whipped cream.
