Baton Lemon bars
Baton wafers are only interesting in shape, especially for children. But the adults did not escape either.
- In a bowl with a thick bottom, or on steam, cook with constant stirring, eggs, sugar, margarine and one lemon.
- Wash the lemon well beforehand, then grate the rind finely and squeeze the juice.
- Add biscuits to the cooked mass, cool and fill with loaf bars.
- The recipe is wafer-wrapped. :) :) :)
