This is by far the best peppermint recipe I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried a lot of them. And yes, I know it’s February, but I’ve repeated myself in new models and the only logical thing is to try them right away!

Preparation steps

  • margarine, honey, sugar, cocoa, peppermint spice BOIL over low heat stirring constantly until the mixture is nicely combined. leave to cool.
  • Stir the eggs into the cold honey mixture with a food processor, and when the mixture is nicely combined, add the flour + baking powder and leave the dough overnight at room temperature.
  • the next day, roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 4 mm, cut it into molds as desired and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes
  • DECORATION CREAM: Beat egg whites with sugar, divide into several bowls depending on how many colors you want. decorate the steamers as desired.


my favorite peppers are to serve with a cup of hot chocolate while some light music is playing in the background :) a real winter pleasure!
