A shaky cake with cherries
Yum, Yum… A refreshing and simple cake
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Then add oil, flour and baking powder. Finally add the yoghurt and mix everything well.
- Put the resulting mixture in a greased pan sprinkled with flour and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, drain the cherry compote. Add water to the cherry juice to get 1 liter of liquid. In the resulting liquid, cook the vanilla pudding.
- When the biscuit is ready, sprinkle it with cherries and pour over the resulting pudding.
- Allow to cool.
It is important that the cake cools well, otherwise it will spill when served!
