Juicy bread

Preparation steps

  • Mix the yeast with sugar and a little flour in a little water and leave in a warm place for about 10 minutes.

  • After that, knead and roll out the dough and arrange the neck, ham and cheese on it. Put the eggs along the edge and roll everything together into a roll.
  • Place the bread in an oiled mold (size 30 × 11 cm) and let it rise for 20 minutes. Place in a preheated 180-200 ° C oven and bake for 60 minutes.


Serve the bread with spring onions and horseradish.


Be sure to serve this bread warm.
