mushrooms, sauce, spread, pie filling
- Finely chop the onion, add salt and simmer until it becomes glassy. Add finely chopped bacon and let it fry crispy. Add mushrooms, garlic, simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Whisk the sour cream with the egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of flour, add to the mushrooms, return to the hob and just let it boil. Remove. Add chopped parsley.
It can be eaten hot or cold, as a spread, as a side dish to meat, as a pie filling with mushrooms. We love making pies with this filling. Pie recipe: Wrap three crusts (sprinkle each with a mixture of water and oil), finally pour 5 eggs, 1 cup of yogurt and 50 ml of oil. Leave in the fridge for two hours and bake
