100% Buckwheat bread
"Women are heaven for the eyes, hell for the soul and purgatory for the wallet."
- Mix yeast and sugar with water and leave for about 10 min. In a bowl, mix the egg and oil and beat with a whisk until you get a smooth mixture. In another bowl, add the flour and make a hollow in the middle, add salt, a mixture of egg and oil, vinegar and yeast. Mix well with a food processor or spoon until you get a thick mixture. It should slide off the spoon (the dough should be thicker than the pancake mixture but still not like a classic bread dough). Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place to rise. Bake at 190 * C for about 20-25 min.
- NOTE: 1. Add water gradually, you don't have to use everything 2. don't let the dough double when rising, but somewhere in half because otherwise it will collapse.
