Simple buckwheat pancakes with tuna and cheese, a classic dish prepared in a new way and deserves a chance to try it in these delicious combinations.

Preparation steps

  • From flour, eggs, butter, milk and salt, prepare a smooth mass for pancakes. Bake and place in a warm place.
  • Cut the tomato into cubes, grate the cheese on a thicker grater, drain the tuna, add Natur mediteran, salt and pepper if necessary and mix everything together
  • Spread the stuffing on warm pancakes wrap, put 1 minute in the microwave or 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and serve.


You can also bread the finished pancakes the Viennese way and bake them in deep fat.
