Zivanska - roasted meat

when we have a party .. živanska roast is baked .. I don't know where the name of the dish Živanska comes from .. but very nice

Preparation steps

  • put the pork neck in the marinade the day before ... oil, garlic, vegeta. This is how chicken breasts are marinated. just an hour before the barbecue
  • light the grill ... stab the marinating leg, chicken breast, onion, bacon on the grilling needle (skewer) ..
  • grill on low heat for about an hour and a half .. during baking, start the skewer
  • Side dish .. wash the potatoes .. put in a papillote with a little oil, and grated garlic .. bake for about 30 minutes .. depends on the size of the potatoes

Serving

Serve warm .. with pickles, or cabbage salad .. Good taste!
