Tiramisu Bowl

It’s not a classic tiramisu, but it’s not a bad substitute either! Ready in 20 minutes + cooling.

Preparation steps

  • Make cream cheese with a mixer until finely smooth. Slowly add the milk and instant pudding. When you have done everything, add the whipped cream to the mixture.
  • Arrange the biscuits that you have briefly dipped in the coffee on the bottom of the bowl and along the edge.
  • Pour half of the mixture inside and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Repeat the process with the rest of the biscuits and cream.
  • On top with the chocolate, put the fruit as desired and if you want a little icing. Leave it in the refrigerator to cool for at least 2 hours.

Serving

If you do not have the opportunity to find instant pudding, I believe that you can cook plain and mix it with cheese and whipped cream. The biscuits I used here are called wafers and for this dessert I needed about 280 gr. I found the recipe in the newspaper as part of an advertisement for the products used to make this dessert.
