Stuffed turkey steaks

While many wouldn’t trade turkey with grinders for any other specialty, the thought of a lighter diet starts with lean white meat. It has become an interesting, now widely accepted specialty in Vegeta's kitchen.

Preparation steps

  • Beat the steaks lightly, sprinkle them with and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Boil the cleaned spinach briefly, drain and slice.
  • Lightly sauté the chopped onion in the heated butter, add the spinach, chopped garlic, pepper, salt, mix everything and cool.
