Spaghetti with vongola
One of my favorite dishes ... delicious, quick and easy. You can use vongole, dondole, mussels ... but vongole is still my favorite ...
Preparation steps
- we cook spaghetti al dente separately.
- meanwhile, sauté the garlic and parsley in olive oil, add the white wine and wait for it to boil. Let it cook for a few minutes (just to let the alcohol evaporate). Add (washed) vongole to it. Be sure to cover. Stir gently every now and then until all the vongoles are open. (all together 10-15 min).
- When done, add the spaghetti and stir.
