American steaks

About 15 years ago, I went out to the restaurant with my family .... When ordering, everyone ordered some steaks ....- one from Zagreb, the other from Vienna, gypsy ... And my then little nephew fell out of the cannon; I will be American !!!! We laughed with those American steaks for years ... and yesterday I accidentally found them on "chefkoch" ... I immediately prepared them today and invited my nephew to "American steaks ..." !!!

Another Lika steak :)

I don't know why they are Lika ... My grandmother made them like this and called them like this, so let it be like that ... I know that they are originally baked in wine, but this recipe is without wine, because kids eat it too.
