Shrimp strudel
The original recipe is from Veljko Barbieri, but he has a shrimp strudel, so I made the recipe a little more everyday and accessible, especially from the perspective of our wallets. :)
Preparation steps
- Cook the hake fillet (about 10 minutes).
- Wash the frozen shrimp tails in warm water to thaw.
- In a mincer, mix the shrimp, boiled hake, chopped garlic and parsley. Add salt, pepper and a little olive oil to make the mixture blend better.
- Roll out the puff pastry, coat with the filling and roll in a rolling pin. Coat the strudels with a little olive oil and prick with a toothpick before baking.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes (depending on the strength of the oven) in an oven preheated to 200 °.
Serving
The original recipe includes 20dkg of cleaned shrimp tails and 10dkg of minced fillets of cooked white fish on one strudel. Well, whoever wants can try it too!
