Shiz cake
The young team went crazy with a blue cake and then I decided to treat my slightly older friends, ladies who are very dear to me. For the occasion, I put together this pink cake and it was absolutely delicious and juicy. I was surprised myself because I gave myself too much freedom and experimentation…
Preparation steps
- Grease an oblong pan and place baking paper on the bottom. From the ingredients, whisk the biscuits 1, then 2, then 3. Bake at 180º for about half an hour. Check when they are baked with a toothpick. If you stir the biscuit ingredients in the same bowl, wash the bowl from the previous contents after each biscuit because the colors and flavors are different.
- Boil coconut puddings with two tablespoons of sugar in 7 dl of milk, while it is still hot, add soaked and drained gelatin and mix well. Whip the sweet cream separately and when the pudding is almost cold, combine with the cream. Make a pink cream in the same way, but according to the proportions given in the ingredients, because we need more pink cream.
- Boil the jam with water and let it cool a bit. Soak each biscuit with this before filling. Arrange the light biscuit first, then the dark one, then the one with the orange. Fill, of course, with white cream.
- Apply a rich amount of pink cream around.
- From 5-6 tablespoons of cream and 1 kg of powdered sugar, knead something like plasticine, only boldly it will not be sticky, add sugar gradually. Add the color immediately to the cream before adding the sugar.
- Decorate as your mood and imagination dictate at that moment. If you want to make a scary cake, you can make a spider's web, veins and arteries from this mixture, hihi, or flowers, bells… whatever comes to mind…
Serving
This mass with which I decorated made me a little too carried away, so I exaggerated… I additionally decorated with the remnants of white cream and colorful beads, and you can, however, fall from the sky and into your (ri) rib :)
