Sea fox popara
This is popara as I make it. Like most fish dishes, easy to prepare and sweet to eat!
Preparation steps
- Peel onions and carrots, cut into slices and whisk in olive oil not too hot. I don’t like to overheat the olive oil so then I boil all this and immediately add a little water.
- After about 10 minutes, arrange the row of fish that we tore (if it is bigger in feta, and if it is smaller in a piece as who likes) into smaller pieces, then arrange the row of fish in the order of potatoes, add a little selenium and coarsely chopped parsley, garlic, salt, add peppercorns and bay leaf.
- Increase the heat a little to boil (if a little foam is made, foam) then reduce the heat and let it cook quietly without boiling for about half an hour.
- Add white wine halfway through cooking.
- The quality depends on the type of fish, I ate the pepper and the sorghum and it was also wonderful.
- I ran this over a sea fox (I'm sorry I didn't paint it raw to see how white it was - it's a kind of shark).
