Radish and bear onion salad

A quick, refreshing and very fine salad in a jar. Beautiful edible decoration on the table, and when you put the lid on and take a full hit to work or a picnic with a sandwich.

Preparation steps

  • Mix cheese and cream and season to taste. Put chopped bear onion on the bottom of the glass jar, put a few spoons of a mixture of cheese and cream on it, arrange a row of radishes, onions, cheese and so on until the jar is full. Finish with cheese, a few onions and a slice of radish.
  • The salad prepared in this way is ready to serve, it can be closed and kept in the refrigerator until serving. It is also great to take to work with a nice sandwich.

Serving

Serve with some light macaroni moussaka and bear onion sauce, perfection!
