Preparation steps

  • Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and when it starts to rise add it to the flour, add salt and lukewarm water (approximately 200-250ml) to knead a soft dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Rest the dough for about 20 minutes.
  • Make 20 smaller balls from the dough and set them aside to rest until you prepare the oil for frying.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan on the fire, about 2-3 fingers deep.
  • From each ball, form thin slices with a rolling pin, the diameter of a small plate and immediately fry in heated oil with a spoon "spraying the pelvis":

Serve with sour cream, cheese, ham or whatever you like. Have a nice run.
