Frenchman with tomatoes and cheese
A beautiful, very rich sandwich can really replace a larger meal, and it will especially delight served with a drink.
- Wash the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and remove the seeds. Arrange them on a sheet with the inside facing up.
- Peel and chop the garlic, then mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and Twist Mediterranean. Spread this mixture over the tomatoes and bake in an oven preheated to 150 ° C for about 20 minutes.
- Cool the tomatoes, place them in a deeper bowl and mix with the remaining olive oil and chopped capers.
- Cut the Frenchman in half and slice the mozzarella. Arrange the cheese on one half of the bread, place the roasted tomatoes with garlic, capers and a little oil on it, and place the drained anchovy fillets on top. Put the other half of the bread, press lightly and wrap it in foil.
Just before serving, cut the French into smaller pieces.
You can use ricotta cheese instead of mozzarella.
