Preparation steps

  • For meringues:
  • Beattheegg whites into a stiff batter, gradually add the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar while stirring and finally the corn starch mixed with a little sugar and lemon juice.
  • Pour the prepared meringue on a baking tray lined with baking paper that you have previously oiled and form a circle (Ø 22 cm). Bake in an oven preheated to 120 ° C for about 90 minutes.

  • Coat the meringue peel with whipped cream and spread sliced ​​fruit on it. Let stand in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
  • For the filling:
  • Beat the sweet cream into the whipped cream, mix in the whipped cream fix, powdered sugar and fruit liqueur.
  • Cut the fruit into smaller pieces, and you can chop some of the strawberries into a pulp and pour over the fruit (to make it juicier).

Serving
