Strawberry and apricot fruit salad
This fruit salad is reminiscent of June, so if you’re sticking to a seasonal diet, we suggest fresh fruit.
- Dry the apricots from the compote and cut them into slices, wash the strawberries and cut them in half or quarters, and peel the kiwis and cut them into slices.
- Lightly fry the coconut flour in a pan and slice the mint.
- Mix the fruit and other ingredients well in a bowl and cool well.
Serve the strawberry and apricot fruit salad with whipped cream.
You can drizzle the fruit salad with maraschino and sweeten with powdered sugar if desired.
