Preparation steps
- In one bowl, beat 10 egg whites with 300 g of sugar. Then add the chocolate and biscuits. # In another bowl, whisk 10 egg yolks with 150 g of sugar, then add the prepared margarine. # Wafers are filled first with one filling, then with the other. # Put them in the fridge to tighten the filling.
