Preparation steps

  • BISCUITS: Procedure: Mix separately egg yolks (with 1/3 sugar and you can use plain or powdered sugar and plain sugar I grind on a coffee grinder and get fine powdered sugar) and especially egg whites with the rest of the sugar a little vinegar or lemon juice and crumbs salts. Add oil, flour + baking powder, ground walnuts (walnuts super ground on an electric charlotte with a nozzle for walnuts, fine and lightly ground) to the mixed egg yolks to froth ... vanilla sugar milk a little at a time until it mixes nicely ... Finally, lightly stir in the egg whites (at the lowest speed or with a whisk). Separate half of the mixture and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa with a little vanilla extract or rum .... If you have two pans in a preheated oven .. grease them with fat and crumbs or flour pans) put a lighter part in one pan and a darker part with cocoa .. (the size of the pan is ..) These pans are smaller (on the back of pan no. 32) 32x20 and fit in the oven at the same time. Bake at 180 ° C for about 30-35 minutes, again depending on your oven. Try the biscuit whether it is baked with a fork or a wooden stick..toothpick.and if you take it out clean that there is no raw trace on the fork the biscuit is baked and can be seen from the side in the pan the biscuit is slightly separated from the walls of the pan
  • F I L A: it is cooked like papica or similar to pudding ...... Mixture * A * I make cream or fillet in a double-bottomed pot (a pot for cooking milk in which the milk does not boil). Boil 1 l of milk, set aside 2 dcl beforehand and mix 9 tablespoons of flour with a whisk or mixer (you can replace part with density). Stir well with a whisk over a reduced heat so that the mixture thickens as in the picture and there are no lumps. When it thickens, go to Mixture * B * 1 margarine (I always mix half margarine and half butter with powdered sugar). Add vanilla sugar and toppings according to your desire .. You can add a little lemon juice, or limuncella from DajanaD or broccoli .. or orange liqueur by Ivonab .. This is the basis of milk + flour + margarine powdered sugar..I subsequently added white chocolate this Belgian because I had and lemongrass liqueur .. Combine ..mix the mixture * ¸A * and * B * into one and then we go .. Cut the biscuit dark and light in half and when we put it on a larger tray sprinkle a little biscuit with a mixture of milk and a little vanilla rum ... yes the biscuit would be softer ... It's good to cool the cream because you can see the cross-section with the cream .. I was in a hurry so I put it warm but that's why the cake was softer .. Arrange the light biscuit on the tray and then the cream, dark biscuit, filling, and repeat as in the picture .. Creams remain to spread on the cake u .. You can decorate it in your own way .. I didn't have the patience because I was in a hurry, so I used a fork to make a cross-crash ... like a knit ....
