Lettuce with sardines
The use of sardines in oil is so diverse that today there is almost no household without cans of sardines in stock. If you live fast, and health is your life's imperative - we advise you to try preparing a green salad with sardines.
- Clean, wash and drain the lettuce.
- Clean the canned sardines from the bones and cut them into larger pieces. Cut the onion into rings and the tomatoes into quarters.
- Mix Natur for salad with water and let stand for about 10 minutes, then add oil and vinegar.
- Mix lettuce with tomatoes, onions, sardines and olives and season.
Serve as a small dish or cold appetizer.
You can also add diced toast to this salad.
