Leafy sausage roll
Maybe there are similar recipes for sausages in the test, but here's how I like them ... :)
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough from the listed ingredients ... Let it rise, then divide it into 45 balls. Take three balls and develop them with a rolling pin as in the picture.
- Coat all three developed balls with a little margarine and stack them on top of each other.
- At the beginning of the dough, put half the sausage, and at the end cut the dough 3-4 times, but not to the end.
- Wrap like buns, coat with beaten egg yolk and leave to rise slightly in the pan. You can sprinkle with cumin or sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake at 200C for about 15 min.
Serving
Serve for breakfast or dinner with yogurt ... Pleasant!
