Game stew

The first time I prepared venison stew, it worked and we ate everything…

Preparation steps

  • Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a little oil and water. Add the meat, bay leaf, salt as needed, cover with water to cover the meat and simmer for about an hour until the meat is cooked through. Drizzle with water along the way, keeping the meat covered at all times.
  • Add the glaulas mixture mixed with water, paprika and tomato concentrate, cook for another half an hour and remove from the heat.

Serving

You can serve this dish with pasta, polenta or something similar, some light salad….
