Fried chicken with ajvar
Enrich the delicious and simple chicken by serving it with ajvar fried mildly.
- Cut the chicken steaks into cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with natur mediteran and chopped parsley and mix everything well.
- Cover the meat prepared in this way with aluminum foil and leave it in the fridge for about an hour.
- Then roll the chicken in corn flour, scrambled eggs and finally in a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan.
- Fry it in heated oil until it takes on a golden-yellow color.
Serve fried chicken hot or cold with ajvar.
You can also cut the chicken into noodles, but pay attention to the uniformity of the thickness of the noodles.
