Fried chicken with ajvar

Enrich the delicious and simple chicken by serving it with ajvar fried mildly.

Preparation steps

  • Cut the chicken steaks into cubes, drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with natur mediteran and chopped parsley and mix everything well.
  • Cover the meat prepared in this way with aluminum foil and leave it in the fridge for about an hour.
  • Then roll the chicken in corn flour, scrambled eggs and finally in a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan.
  • Fry it in heated oil until it takes on a golden-yellow color.

Serving

Serve fried chicken hot or cold with ajvar.

Advice

You can also cut the chicken into noodles, but pay attention to the uniformity of the thickness of the noodles.
