I enjoy nibbling on them, so I wanted to share this recipe with you. This is my recipe from my mom's recipe books.
Preparation steps
- Put sesame seeds in a pan and put them on the stove to fry a little sesame seeds for about 5 minutes (mix with a spoon) and be careful not to change the color.
- In another now put the margarine and place on the hob to melt.
- So add the chocolate to melt it, and the honey and stir.
- Now add the embe and sesame seeds and stir to even out the mixture.
- From this mixture you make forms, here's how I make it:
- You will need this lemon strainer.
- Fill this hole with a spoon and press the mixture a little hard.
- When you have shaped nicely with one side of the mold, you hit the work surface so that the mold comes out.
- Here's to you and II - way: With a bag that is used to freeze food. Put the mixture with a spoon on one cos and wrap the bag, press hard and form balls.
- Arrange all the embics in one or more now and put in the freezer.
Serving
You can taste them immediately after removing from the freezer. Enjoy :)
